Job Purpose :

To establish and maintain business relationships with identified key customers and render support services

Job Outputs :

  • Handle the renewal, claims and amendments process
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Data capturing and related administration
  • Follow up process and quality assurance on new business
  • Attend to customer enquiries
  • Contact new clients and underwrite policies
  • Load new policies on the system
  • Client retention
  • Qualifications :
  • Grade 12
  • Grade 12
  • 60 FAIS credits or a full qualification as per legislation
  • Experience :

    2 years applicable Short term Insurance Commercial Lines experience

    Knowledge and Skills :

  • Multilingual, including English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Computer literate (MS office including Outlook)
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
