    experience and qualifications

    Minimum : Matric 2 years administrative experience Investment and / or insurance risk industry exposure Computer literacy (MS Office)

    responsibilities

    Resolve all customer queries efficiently within agreed timelines Maintenance of administration on all products, application procedure, processing and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant sales targets Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions Be the face and contact for the office of the Financial Advisor and manage existing clients interactions Maximise cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements Check all transactions on a daily basis to ensure new business applications are closed within appropriate timelines Provide accurate and reliable reporting Manage own development to increase own competencies
