  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

    Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with Line Managers
  • Provide support and assistance to employees
  • Industrial Relations

  • Give full HR support and tools to Line Managers in order to manage staff relations effectively.
  • Represent the company at the CCMA
  • Performance Management

  • Provide support to Line Managers regarding the performance principles and implementation of the policy.
  • Reporting

  • Provide Line Managers with necessary reports
  • Statutory Reporting
  • Administration

  • Perform all the HR related administrative tasks
