Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
3 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Knowledge of VIP
HR Experience in a Call Centre environment advantageous
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with Line Managers
Provide support and assistance to employees
Give full HR support and tools to Line Managers in order to manage staff relations effectively.
Represent the company at the CCMA
Provide support to Line Managers regarding the performance principles and implementation of the policy.
Provide Line Managers with necessary reports
Perform all the HR related administrative tasks
