Requirements :

  • Grade 12 or relevant NQF4 equivalent
  • Tertiary qualification in secretarial / administration will be an advantage
  • JDE System accounting experience will be an advantage
  • 3 years’ experience in internal sales and office administration
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good customer service skills are essential
  • Skills / Duties :

  • Issue quotes, process sales orders for despatch and delivery or collection
  • Liaise with Debtors Department, reconcile related books and documents
  • Keep a neat, accurate and organised filing system
  • Assist with client product delivery queries
  • Liaise and follow up with transport supplier
  • Liaise with sales reps regarding stock levels
  • Perform general administration and receptionist duties
  • Applicants must reside in WITBANK or surrounding area.
