Leads multiple phases of technical areas within a project and / or multiple small projects of moderate scope and sometimes complex assignments.
Responsible for managing own and team's time within a certain area and conditions.
Assures the project team meets quality standards by providing technical guidance in planning, designing, executing testing, and developing procedures relating to product quality.
Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes;

Follows good software engineering practices like version control, code-reviews, test-driven development and continuous integration.
Adheres to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
Accurately identifies project risks and reports effectively to relevant stakeholders.
Analyses and resolves technical and application problems. Provides detailed advice to the team regarding the application of technologies.
Develops a network to support and add value to client engagements including company, clients and external professional networks.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
Certification in any one programming skill
