Primary Objectives of the Position
Plan and develop training material for the division. Executes training to develop employee skills and impart organisation practices, procedures and policies by utilising various learning methods.
Evaluate processes and resources requirements to determine training needs and suggest appropriate topics. Normally reports to the Business Systems Manager.
