KEY CRITERIA

The ideal candidate will be from a developing market at Management Level. We are searching for an individual with a strong Client Services & market research background.

Further key criteria includes :

Strong analytical, client engagement and management skills

Knowledgeable about market research methodology,, universe updates, sample design, etc.

Knowledge about the retail environment such as traditional trade, retailers, wholesalers, etc

Manage a partnership with clients positioning Nielsen as a valued and trusted advisor

Ability to identify opportunities to leverage the myriad of Nielsen products and services to create integrated solutions that solve the client’s business issues

University degree in Marketing, Economics or related field a must, preferred Postgraduate or MBA

6-8 years’ experience in Marketing Research

Good organisational skills, and strong people management skills

Very good interpersonal skills

Strong business acumen and financial knowledge

Awareness of the clients’ needs

Develop and lead client team through designing, selling, executing and presenting analytic studies to meet client’s research objectives

Ensure pro-active insights and action oriented solutions that reflect customer, brand, category and basket level trends

Identify opportunities to collaborate across Nielsen teams and uncovers sales opportunities with clients.
