  • Process orders
  • Provides information and copies of orders, invoices and paperwork on queries when requested.
  • Returns - Resolve queries / logistics / follow up.
  • Advise Customers and Agents of any changes to orders.
  • Monitor client satisfaction through follow up on solving client issues and problems.
  • Initiate measures to research and resolve client raised issues.
  • Ensuring sales processing within agreed timeframe
  • Files all related correspondence and documents.
  • Supports the Regional Managers in all service requirements for existing customers.
  • Request POD from Transporter.
  • Grade 12
  • 5 - 10 years’ experience
  • Speed and accuracy
  • Meticulous data capturing
  • Work well under pressure
  • Willing to work overtime when required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Take initiative
  • Loyal / Dedicated
  • Advanced Excel
  • JDE advantageous
  • To be discussed at interview level.
