Department : Missionary Department
Performs administrative duties for the MTC manager and ecclesiastical leaders. Prepares documents, reports, charts, and graphs.
Maintains and updates calendars. Schedules and / or coordinates meetings.
Confirms travel and arrangements with travel departments around the world
Creates and / or maintains filing systems. Reviews and distributes mail. Collects data and compiles information.
Answers telephone and responds to routine calls / inquiries. Prepares correspondence. Perform data entry activities.
Responsibilities may include :
Provides a wide variety of administrative and support services.
Assist in budget preparation and control activities.
Assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, liaise with priesthood leaders / missions
Administers programs, projects, and / or processes specific to the operating unit served.
Conducts research, analyze information, and prepare recommendations.
May deal with confidential information.
High School graduate
2 year diploma in Administration / Secretarial or related field
Valid Driver’s license (PDP advantageous)
Three to five years diverse administrative experience demonstrating computer skills and experience including Windows, Microsoft Applications, and aptitude to learn other software applications as needed.
Good communications skills, including professional phone etiquette and effective business writing.
Basic business accounting skills, including understanding of invoices, purchase orders, contracts
Organizational skills including filing, scheduling, time management and prioritization
