experience and qualifications
Bachelor of Commerce : Economics. 3 - 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 - 2 years ideally at a junior specialist level.

Track, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to achieve previously determined National sales targets.
Build and sustain collaborative working relationships with relevant peers and stakeholders in order to achieve productivity synergies.
Adhere to organisational policies and procedures to ensure cost effectiveness and reduction of financial costs. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycles.
Design, development, implement and evaluate sales competitions and / or campaigns aimed at the increase of sales. Advise on and assist with and execute the development of identified business requirements and proactively identify new opportunities with stakeholders.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and to analyse needs in terms of reporting requirements and advise on possible MIS outcomes.
Implement and provide input into the development of governance and compliance procedures & processes within area of specialisation & identify risks.
Manage client query processes and ensure that they are tracked and can be resolved in accordance with operational goals and standards.
Participate in specialist communities of practice and contribute positively to own and organisational knowledge improvement.
