PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The purpose of the job is to spearhead the National Chains forecasting and planning processes, with strong leadership and people management skills.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Defining and delivering the resource plan for Operations
Cost effective Forecasting, planning and performance focus
Lead the planning cycle process through budgeting
Medium and Short term re-forecasting
Commercial delivery of the plan and service standards of the operation
Make recommendations to key stakeholders to guide decisions and
Improve performance and commercial metrics
key specialist in Retail dynamics and mobile technology
Drive efficiency and maximise financial returns
Expert Knowledge of the mobile industry
Excellent knowledge of forecasting methodologies
Expert knowledge of workforce management systems
Experience within forecasting and planning
Expert knowledge of Mobile industry and forecasting methodology and workforce management systems.
Strategic thinking to outline and deliver operational plans.
Excellent communicator at all levels, including senior level stakeholder engagement.
Driven to deliver results and efficiency.
Business and commercial awareness to plan ahead, adapt and deliver results.

Evidence of being able to effectively prioritise independently

Tertiary qualification (degree / diploma) B. Comm. Business Commerce / Business Administration.
