A global leader in animal nutrition is seeking the above to be responsible for developing and supporting the sales of the whole company portfolio (premix, feed additives and services) in the central region in coordination with the existing team.
Minimum requirements for the role :
An Animal Nutrition / Science Qualification or related is essential.
Minimum 5 years’ successful experience within a sales environment within the animal feed industry is essential.
Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Computer literacy is essential with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Sound ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
Managing product trials and communicating results.
Gaining insight about customer requirements, competitor and market trends and developments.
Supporting developing new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
Maximising support to distributors and end customers as well as supporting and developing yearly area plans with budget.
Managing pricelists as well as taking, creating and following up on orders.
Organising technical, marketing, administrative and sales support.
Salary package is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
