Description

Load and process all accounting data for month end onto the accounting system (Legalsuite)

Capture invoices and reconcile statements of agents, correspondents and advocates to the accounting system

Capture business creditors invoices and reconcile statement to the accounting system

Maintain finance filing or records

Archive prior year's accounting files

Reconcile business and trust bank account statements, identifying capturing and posting receipts, debit orders and bank charges daily

Assist Finance Manager with the accounting processes of a seperate property company using Pastel

Maintain general ledger account reconciliations, monthly quarterly and year end

Provide administrative support to the Financial Manager

Profile

Diploma or Degree in Finance would be advantageous

Minimum 5yrs experience as a Financial Administrator is needed

MS Office Literate

Pastel knowledge advantageous

Multitasker

Good communication skills

Systems orientated
