Purpose of the role :
The Area Manager is ultimately responsible for the day to day operating activities of his / her relevant Area with regards to financial, business / marketing and people management for the branches forming part of his / her area.
Matric A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous RE5 and or RE1 Accreditation Clear ITC No criminal record Valid driver’s license & own reliable transport.
Minimum five years management experience in the financial industry Especially in Micro Lending and banking Sector advantageous.
Knowledge and Skills :
Financial Management Continuously manage and monitor branch performance Business Management Ensure adherence to collections policies and procedures in branches.
Ensure adherence to other company policy requirements and procedures Sales and Marketing Management Drive community participation through focused marketing activities.
Develop and implement marketing action plans in branches to drive business volumes profitable managing of designated operational area, Month on Month.
