PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for developing the required Business performance Management reporting and related insights,
Analyses and consolidates reports / dashboards / KPIs on an on-going basis, highlights areas for management attention(risks and issues; limited availability)
Implement performance management as a means to deliver value :
Assist to develop and maintain a performances dashboard
Analyse this dashboard against the strategy define
Structure and develop insights for improvement initiatives
Manage the benefit realisation of improvement initiatives
Establishing a continuous performance, quality improvement, monitoring and reporting system.
Regularly reports status of performance and quality improvement.
Coordinating and preparing IM performance required reporting for all stakeholders.
Collate and review appropriate data to produce the monthly Business Review Pack (Core Leads IM EXCO)
Analyse data with standard statistical methods (such as statistical hypotheses and observation / correction studies).
Interpreting the results and providing written summary of data analyses in order to make sound decisions.
Ensure that new data is sourced, to measure performance of IM.
Manage the annual performance evaluation process and cyclical activities :
Implementing a performance management and improvement process that leads to a positive and measurable impact on the IM Function,
Coordinating regional performance and quality initiatives to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
Knowledge Management :
Provide knowledge management requirements for Performance Management reporting and related document.
Accurate and timely production of the Performance Planning and Strategy Reports.
Qualifications and Experience :
University Bachelor's Degree (IT Related)
