Job Description :
Well known TES company based in Isando seeks Client Services Manager for their Isando branch
Include but not limited too
Service and grow existing and new business through sound business and operational methodologies
Manage the service delivery
Ensure excellent client and placed staff relationships are in place and managed accordingly
Management of staff within the branch, including absenteeism, sick leave, performance and IR related matters
Management of recruitment and operations functions
Manage staff meetings
Management of branch fleet, with specific focus on kilometer usage, route planning, fuel usage etc.
Debt collection within specified parameters
Qualifications : Matric +
5+ years’ experience within an operations management role
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Solid knowledge and understanding of labour legislation, unions, bargaining councils, collective agreements etc.
General management experience involving Finance, Operations, Recruitment, HR and IR
Ability to work long hours if required
Focused, sociable, results oriented
