The Project Management Analyst (PMA) assists in the monitoring, controlling and communication of a project's performance.
The PMA works closely with the Project Lead to deliver clinical trials in line with the sponsor's requirements.
Oversee Baseline Change Control
This includes the development of the project schedule and cost estimates. The PMA will establish and maintain the baseline change control for projects and assist the Project Lead in the processing of change order requests.
Project Scheduling, Estimating, Cost Control and Risk Management
The PMA will develop the project estimate, establish the budget, manage cost commitments, reviews and approves vendor invoices.
The PMA is involved in the implementation and management of the Risk Management Process.
The PMA will assure effective reporting in the following areas :
Cost, schedule and scope
Resource utilization and performance
Quality control, audits and Inspections
Risk and Lessons Learned Management
The PMA will facilitate identification and assessment of project risks, maintains the project risk register and assesses contingency adequacy.
