The Western Cape Government is looking to recruit a self motivated individual to manage the Directorate District and Local Performance Monitoring and to provide an integrated planning support and monitoring system within the province.
B-degree in Public Administration; and
Experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation, interpretation and analysis of data and the drafting of reports.

All-inclusive salary package of R 1 005 063 R 1 183 932 per annum (Salary level 13). Note : The remuneration package consists of a basic salary (70%) and the employer’s contribution to the Pension Fund.

Note : Only applications submitted online will be accepted. All shortlisted candidates will be subjected to a technical exercise that intends to test relevant technical elements of the job, the logistics of which will be communicated by the Department.
Following the interview and technical exercise, the selection panel will recommend candidates to attend a generic managerial competency assessment (in compliance with the DPSA directive on the implementation of competency based assessments).
The competency assessment will be testing generic managerial competencies using the mandated DPSA SMS Competency Assessment tools.
