HR Administrator

  • Assists in managing the day-to-day operations of the HR team
  • Oversees internal administrative duties related to the completion of HR duties in the department
  • Provide administrative support in recruitment, employee relations and all other generalist functions
  • Meets deadlines while exercising strong attention to detail
  • Plan and schedules meetings and appointments
  • Prepare correspondence and reports
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Organize all HR department records and employment files
  • 2-3 years’ experience in HR
  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree - preferred with concentration in Human Resources
  • Not afraid to speak to large groups of employees (all levels)
  • Strong knowledge of the LRA
  • Experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access 2000, Outlook
  • Experience handling high volume, multiple tasks and a wide range of customers
  • Provident Fund
