The above vacancy exists within the Contract Management Services Department and reports to the GM : Legal & Compliance. The purpose of the position is to administer all contracts and related processes throughout the business.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has a legal background and / or degree or diploma in business administration and has at least 3 years’ experience working with contracts.
Key Performance areas may include :
Work with different levels of personnel within the organization to analyse and solidify overall contract administration strategy and processes.
Co-ordinate actions with internal departments and legal team where necessary.
Report status of current contract processes to management.
Resolve any existing contract conflicts.
Create standards and rules for existing and new contacts.
Co-ordinate internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation stages.
Ensure that contractual terms and conditions are accurately executed and satisfied.
Anyalse potential risks that contract changes may pose to the organization.
General contract administration functions including :
Invoicing.Renewals.Credit notes;Write offs;Terminations.Data capturing.
Management of contract administration team.
Development and monitoring of departmental strategy in accordance with organisational strategy.
Minimum requirements :
Advances level of PC and keyboard skills, including working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet packages & Google applications.
Proven ability to interpret information with a logic and systematic approach.
Working knowledge of SAMRO systems and processes would be an advantage.
