Working Schedule : Monday - Friday (5 days / week)


You’re responsible for supporting business development in your Area; this involves learning and closely following local policy related to your area energy business, market analysis, project identification, and support in developing energy projects in accordance with Group Strategy.


Sales responsibilities

  • Continue building relationships with existing Client Base,
  • Identify new focal areas and Clients for the Group's Services,
  • Driving the sales pipeline to generate revenue and profit in line with agreed annual budget targets,
  • Participating to the marketing strategy,
  • Managing the bid / tender process from initial enquiry to conversion,
  • Supporting the achievement of Group commercial objectives and pro-active development of corrective actions,
  • Commercial negotiation, in conjunction with your Direct Manager.
  • Management responsibilities

  • Managing a team of Consultants - Visa, mob / demob services, HSE Trainings..etc
  • Supervising the financial status of your activity, maximize revenue and minimize operational costs,
  • Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationships with our partners,
  • Working closely with logistics, admin, HR, finance, cost control and invoicing Group Team,
  • Planning, forecasting, budgeting, preparing dashboards and reports.

    Experience & Skills

  • Graduate level to maximum 5 years working experience, with relevant working experience in business transactions and project development of energy projects a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Able to work in a multicultural environment and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Open to learn new areas which may differ from original area of expertise.
  • Motivation to work under dynamic timeline of development (could be fast and / or slow).

    A Fluent Level in English is Mandatory
