    We have the below vacancy available in our Organisation :

    The H Band role is basedwithin Technology.

    The role of the is toprovide onsite technical support across the XLink suite of products, OutsourcedServices customer solutions and IoT solutions.

    Your responsibilities will include :

    Onsite technical support :

  • Conduct pre-implementation site visits andaccurately document the installation requirements
  • Conduct site installations including verifying theproduct / solution is in working order, customer training has taken place,documentation has been signed-off
  • Provide onsite technical maintenance as per thecall log
  • Escalate errors or trends as identified
  • Assist with multi-party site visits, installs andescalation investigations
  • SLA Management :

  • Responsible for adhering to the Operations processregarding SLA management including :
  • Provision of ETA and SLA
  • Fault resolution within SLA
  • Closing details submitted from site
  • Achieve call volume benchmarks monthly
  • Administration :

  • Complete JobCards in detail, including mandatory fields
  • Submit accurate claims monthly and on time
  • Attend Field Support meetings and one-to-onemeetings with Manager
  • The ideal candidate for this role will have :

  • National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
  • A+ and N+ desirable)
  • 3 - 5 years’ relevant workexperience in a similar role
  • The base location for this role is Midrand, Commercial Park.
