Contract HR Practitioner : Training (TFG Logistics)
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Trainer to join the Logistics Division of TFG on a 12 month fixed term contract .
We are looking for an energetic, assertive self-starter with a strong warehousing orientation to be part of the HR and DC Operations team.
The successful incumbent for this challenging position will be responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining training activities and initiatives across the 8 Distribution Centres of TFG Logistics, that will best prepare new and developing employees to ensure the maintenance of high performing teams.
Your functions would primarily involve : -
Assisting with the identification of training and development needs
Conducting training sessions to ensure that DC employees are competent and effective in their respective positions (training sessions may include but is not limited to, induction training, technical training e.
g. on Standard Operating Procedures like receiving, picking, business systems and other)
Ensuring that learning needs and outcomes have been met
Liaising with Subject Matter Experts and Key Stakeholders
Evaluating training programmes and services and identifying, implementing and maintaining continuous improvement initiatives
Development of training and assessment material
Providing one-on-one coaching and support to learners
Effectively manage training related administration and logistics
Participate in Ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives
Requirements include :
