What you'll be doing

Project planning, deployment and commissioning for projects.

Manage post implementation support issues (fault call tickets) in 24x7 basis

Conduct post implementation review as part of quality process

Participate in regular operations review meetings, including operational / project issues, tickets review etc.

Conduct internal training as part of knowledge sharing

Prepare Root-Cause analysis reports, including findings with analysis whenever required

Provide Level 1 / 2 operations support for Voice and network infrastructure

Perform changes to the network in-line with the organization’s Change Management processes

Ensure compliance to policies, processes and standards, both internal and clients’ organization

REQUIREMENTS

At least 3-5 years relevant experience in IT / networking industry providing Collaboration deployment / implementation .

Able to work independently as well as in a team when delivering projects

CCNP Voice / Collaboration technical certification required

Experience from System integrator environment preferred

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Voice, Cisco Voice and Cisco Telepresence technologies and H323, SIP, MGCP, Q931 signaling protocols , QoS (Quality of Service).

Strong Knowledge of voice recording (NICE / Verint) implementations , Contact Center, network routing &switching technologies ,and protocols

Willing to work hard and eager to learn about new technologies.

Polite and able to communicate well to the clients; client-oriented.

Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.

Willing to work in extended hours.

Hands on experience in the following products will be highly advantageous :

oCisco routing / switching products (mandatory)

oCisco CUCM, CUC, CUCS, UCCX (mandatory)

oCisco Remote Expert

oNice recordings / WFM (NICE Perform and NICE Engage)

oCisco gateway and gatekeeper

oCisco Unified Border Element or AudioCode or Sonus SBC or Oracle SBC

oCisco Telepresence (SX, MX, IX, Spark Board)

oCisco UCS

What would make you a good fit for this role?
