Distribution of stock within required parameters :

  • Forecast sales within the month (weekly sales forecasts)
  • Compiling stock to sales ratios by store by category
  • Compiling store cover reports
  • Store grading and turnovers
  • Actioning and recording distributions and forecasting inputs
  • Set up new store stock requirements and monitoring stock saved for opening deadline
  • Management of over / understocks and redundant stock :

  • Identifying and actioning Markdown & Promo and monitoring the effect on allocations
  • Identifying and Actioning IBT’s & RTS and monitoring the affect on allocations
  • Management of damaged stock
  • Management of ageing stock
  • Store Support

  • Attending to Store and Customer inquiries
  • Attending to GRV queries
  • Under / Over delivery management
  • Reporting :

  • Provide accurate reporting on daily and weekly sales
  • Compile store cover reports
  • Monthly reporting of category and store performance
  • Providing feedback to the Buyer based on information collated
  • Behavioural Outputs
  • Manages workload and deadlines effectively.

  • Stays focused and effectively manages time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
  • Prevents irrelevant issues or distractions from interfering with work completion.
  • Prioritizes by identifying more critical and less critical activities and tasks; adjust priorities when appropriate.
