Customer Relationship Management Manage customer relationships and expectations effectively and pro-actively across all levels of the customer’s business units, in line with : SLA and KPIs Ensure that organisational relationship matrix is developed, maintained and rolled out between the client and customer stakeholders at all levels Be a driving force within the companies by building trust and cooperation at all levels within the customer’s organisation Grow existing customer revenue through targeted on-

sell and cross-sell initiatives of entire IMS service offering New Business Development Lead generation Identify new opportunities in line with our business development strategy and service offering capability Market full companies basket and refer generated leads to applicable business unit Data Analysis Continuous analysis of the customer’s business to understand emerging trends within their business and industry Ensuring communication to management, informing them of any potential changes within the customer’s business, industry and potential risk to the company Proposal Formulation Calculate commercials (rates) and agree execution capability with operational team Formulate client proposal (including formal documentation and supporting annexures) and build final presentation Present final solution to prospective client and convert the opportunity Ensure operations understand expected outcome of converted opportunity, including rates and service level performance Commercial and projects Contractual renewals / customer retention Commercial contract agreed and managed Update and maintain annual escalations Arrange for internal work sessions prior to negotiations Obtain internal approval Arrange and manage the negotiation process in terms of timelines up to final agreement with senior management in both organisations Market Research Benchmark services and processes against global best practice Conduct risk assessments to identify threats to the current business processes and services Identify new innovative processes and procedures that will provide a competitive advantage Qualifications required Matric Minimum of 5-

8 years related working experience essential B.Com Logistics, Logistics Management or similar degree SAPICS CSCP or CPIM certification an advantage Skills and experience required Accurate and complete KPI reporting High customer and subcontractor satisfaction Minimizing operations time consumption and increasing productivity Other requirements Financial Management HR Excellent Communication Decision making skills Meeting of deadlines Costing and Budgeting abilities Attention to Detail Equity statement R50 000 - R60 000 ctc per month
