  • Provide product support for technical, operational and commercial experts
  • Assess the impact of different inputs on the level of insight we would expect the solution to deliver
  • Suggest alternative approaches for non-standard projects
  • Manage product development and enhancements, help define requirements, and test new calculations and functionality
  • Manage maintenance of product deliverables, including the Digital Behavior Analytics dashboard
  • Identify and coordinate improvements to processes and support materials
  • Analyse pilot projects
  • Minimum 2 years of market research experience
  • Minimum graduate degree, post-graduate degree desirable
  • Ideally experience of quantitative analysis of social and / or search data
  • Ideally proficient in SPSS and / or R
  • Strong analytical skills, with aptitude to build Dynamic Linear Modelling expertise
  • Able to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
