    We have the below vacancy available in our Organisation :

    The Specialist : Content and LifestyleBand Hrole which is based within CBU Core.

    The role of the Specialist : Content and Lifestyleis to be responsible for product & feature enhancement, defining product features and enhancements through product definition documentation, analytics & reporting, highly rated customer experience, commercial viability, product lifecycle management, and strategic fit within the allocated set of Content and Lifestyle products and services.

    The Specialist : Content and Lifestyle assists with the delivery on the roadmaps for the allocated products and services, and is required to execute this in collaboration with the technical, segment & marketing teams.

    The Specialist : Content and Lifestyle must work closely with the Vodacom quality assurance, end-to-end testing and customer support teams to drive quality standards.

    The Content and Lifestyle team is part of the wider Digital Services team whose role is to define and optimise the customer experience for key digital products that deliver value in digital respects to enrich customer lives either through unmatched entertainment, or via social utility services that enable cost savings or richer access to a better life.

    The Content and Lifestyle team’s core responsibility focus on product management, platform integration & delivery, content management, operational support and customer experience for the many digital content and service propositions offered to both fixed and mobile customers across all supported customer interfaces.

    Your responsibilities will include :

    Customer Experience

  • Bring customer experience into every decision
  • Listen and ask questions to understand our customers’ needs
  • Ensure every Content and Lifestyle product and service journey is exceeding world class customer experience standards
  • Content and Lifestyle product and service enhancement and support

  • Drive delivery of enhancements to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive customer care processes
  • Drive quality assurance cycles
  • Delivery on Content and Lifestyle KPI’s

  • Drive achievement of related targets in active user community building, and related revenues from those communities
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction measurement for all enhancements
  • Drive continuous improvement of Content and Lifestyle product and services
  • Analytics and reporting on performance across services and projects
  • Subject Matter Expert and Communication

  • Vodacom champion for Content and Lifestyle
  • Engage closely with Marketing, CVM, Segment, Technical, Support and other teams to ensure growth of these products to achieve KPI’s
  • Key performance indicators :

  • Content and Lifestyle product and service Customer Usage
  • Content and Lifestyle product and service Commercial Performance
  • Maintenance of and adherence to planned Content and Lifestyle product and services roadmap and product stability
  • The ideal candidate for this role will have :

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business science, market research or information systems areas (essential)
  • In addition to the details listed above, the ideal candidate will have an in depth knowledge and understanding

  • Experience in the telecommunications industry (preferred)
  • Experience with Analytics & reporting (advantageous)
  • Experience with Digital Services and Digital products (advantageous)
  • Experience in testing and support
  • The base location for this role is Midrand, Commercial Park.
