  • Ability to think creatively & innovatively within area of accountability
  • Solution-orientated
  • Experience of delivery and good performance within areas of accountability (application of knowledge & skill)
  • Technical & functional knowledge of customer database management systems
  • Typing Speed : +-25 wpm
  • Must have worked on various CRM applications (databases / campaigns)
  • Target driven
  • 6-12 month Customer Service Call Centre experience.
