Must Be Credit And Criminal Clear
Technical and functional competencies :
Passionate about Customer Service.
Ability to think creatively & innovatively within area of accountability
Experience of delivery and good performance within areas of accountability (application of knowledge & skill)
Technical & functional knowledge of customer database management systems
Typing Speed : +-25 wpm
Must have worked on various CRM applications (databases / campaigns)
6-12 month Customer Service Call Centre experience.
