The position will focus on delivering quality Human Resources practices within area of responsibility, aligned to chain / divisional HR strategy in order to provide effective business solutions
1. Execution of Human Resources Strategy 2. Manage talent supply and retention 3. Implement and manage Performance and people effectiveness processes and initiatives in collaboration with Line Management 4.
Identify and partner with succession / leadership candidates to ensure the supply of fit for purpose leaders 5. Act as a change agent for change initiatives and as catalyst to drive organisational development initiatives 6.
