Duties and responsibilities :
Ensure quality assurance of all processes and procedures.
Coordinate the Student Services Centre activities.
Report daily and weekly to the Head of Division.
Adapt the Student Services Centre procedures to the environment.
Know system and process in order to train administration staff.
Provide proposals on improved policies, procedures and processes in order to improve customer service, reduce costs and improve effectiveness and efficiency of division.
Manage Student Services Centre systems, including system configurations, system setups, system data integrity and mapping of the software supplier’s roadmap to the implementation of admission systems.
Assist with proposals for system changes within the division as required by management or the needs of technology changes or upgrades.
Monitor the various statuses of Student Services Centre and ensure prompt updating of statuses.
Run various communications via the PS 3C processes.
Update the Student Services Centre FAQs.
Update the Student Services Centre website.
Coordinate the day-to-day priorities and workload of staff.
Administer the email account.
Liaise with faculty stakeholders in terms of deadlines and other relevant matters.
Provide support on second level of queries and problem cases for students.
Provide support on the first level of queries and problems cases for staff.
Inherent requirements :
Relevant Bachelor degree or Diploma.
Two (2) to three (3) years’ relevant experience.

Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to plan effectively.
Efficient written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
Administrative and organisational skills.
Able to work both individually and in a team.
Higher Education experience.
Experience in Examinations and / or Graduations / Certification.
Assumption of duties : As soon as possible.
