Description

Role output : To co-ordinate the delivery of learning programmes from inception to evaluation; to provide administrative support and to ensure that learning programmes are delivered to the satisfaction of the client

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Programme administration and co-ordination registration of delegates; event management (e.g. booking venues, catering, attendance at evening and other experiential events);
  • delegate interface (e.g. dealing with queries and requests)

  • Delegate assessment co-ordinating, tracking, ensure marking and capture results
  • Relationships - Develop and maintain relationships with delegates; stakeholders; faculty; internal and external service providers
  • Travel May be required to travel in gauteng
  • Educational and experience requirements

  • Business Certificate or Diploma
  • Minimum two years’ experience working as an administrator or co-ordinator in HR, education, training environment, or events company
  • Competencies

  • Understanding of the tertiary education milieu
  • Understanding of broad business principles
  • Well-developed administration skills and organisational ability, as well as ability able to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management ability
