Position Description :

A position has become available within the Payroll Department for a professional, efficient and organised Payroll Administrator who can maintain a high customer service focus in a pressurised environment.

You will be responsible for, amongst other duties :

  • Payment & processing of salaries
  • Dealing with salaries related queries
  • Completing salaries related administrative duties
  • Data capturing
  • Ad hoc duties as required in the payroll department
  • We are looking for someone who :

  • Is organised, thorough and systematic
  • Is computer literate (Ms Excel and Ms Word)
  • Is able to work under pressure
  • Deadline driven
  • Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Has a high level of accuracy and numeracy
  • Has high service-orientation and enjoy working in a team
  • Has exceptional organisational skills and a high attention to detail
  • Has knowledge of payroll
  • Qualifications

  • Matric (Essential)
  • HR Qualification (Advantageous)
  • At least 1-2 years experience in HR / Payroll Administration (Essential)
  • Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
