Responsibilities

Your principal role will be to ensure all reporting and asset lists are maintained in accordance to NSC standards along with any other team department activities.

Skills Required :

  • This is a customer facing role so you must have good spoken English at a business level must have written English at a business level.
  • Excellent MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook skills
  • Previous experience of report writing / preparation
  • Experience of working globally with international teams
  • Asset management experience within a contracts department (Adds and Deletes of items)
  • Strong data analysis skills being able to draw conclusions from data presented.
  • Good Attention to detail
  • Liaise between customers, sales and service to ensure that the process works effectively and issues are resolved.
  • Proven experience of following process
  • Skills Desired :

  • Experience working within IT services industry (service provider, systems integrator)
  • Admin Experience working in a IT contracts team
  • Project management Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word / Excel / PPT / Outlook)
