We are looking for a dynamic sales Leader who has extensive Leadership experience.

Your responsibilities will require extensive travel within South Africa and other African locations
As Vice President MP SSA, you will :
As the Vice President of Minerals Processing, Sub saharn Africa you will be responsible for :
Prioritization of large cases together with BU’s
Sales management of Sales cases
Proposal management of above cases and coordination of MA resources
Sales collaboration in cases where Sales Case Owner is from BL / BU
Provide technology support for sales, projects and services through Technology experts , coordination with MA resources
Contributing to and executing the Marketing Strategy
Sales Process and tools training and compliance, execution and follow-up
Sales Funnel management and reporting
Act as line manager to the Lifecycle Solution Sales persons, Tech Support, Proposal Management, Marketing.
Responsible for developing and implementing of the MP sales strategy in the MA incl. sales resourcing
Drive the MP BU end-to-end sales in the Market Area
Understanding the market trends and customer needs
Responsible for coaching the development of the customer value proposition incl. the customer solution, quantified value to customer and differentiation of Outotec
Nominating the Customer Lead together with the BU Sales Team
Managing major sales cases as Customer Lead
Selection and prioritization of sales cases
Order Intake forecasting in MA
Managing customer relationships, together with Account Directors
Active cooperation with BU proposal management
Ensuring compliance with global sales process (incl. CRM)
Influences MA marketing planning and activities
Driving customer centricity in all MA activities
Leading, coaching and developing the MA sales team
Creating and nurturing a sales culture and winning spirit
Contribute to Outotec success as a member of the MA Leadership team
To succeed, you will need :
Metallurgical / Chemical engineering tertiary qualification and / or Sales related Qualification
Proven experience in leading a sales organisation or business unit
5 years sales management experience
Proven track record of sales strategy formalization
Proven track record Sales funnel management
Proven experience in leading and motivating teams
