As an IRESS CRM, your role is split between managing an existing client base (revenue retention) as well as being responsible for revenue growth within the existing client base meeting agreed revenue targets.
Given a strong understanding of the product, the industry and the client, you will be a part of shaping and influencing the capabilities and roadmap for the product.
You will manage change by leveraging a solid understanding of client business needs both present and future. You will ensure that, informative interaction of present, new and forthcoming functionality and capabilities.
Must have excellent verbal, written, presentation and negotiation skills.
Time management be able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Assume responsibility take personal ownership of work and be able to work autonomously.
Adaptable be able to adjust and review work and projects in response to changing conditions.
Proven experience in an account management role ideally within the financial services industry or similar is highly desirable.
Experience and knowledge of Financial Markets.
Experience working with software and technology including training / coaching users on new products.
Responsible for the client across all aspects including contractual, commercial, administration, communication etc.
Promote and maintain the theme of globally competitive, yet locally relevant solutions and service thereof.
Achieve account penetration by customer base expansion and cross selling to new and existing customers.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with users of IRESS products and where necessary, the Customer’s own clients by means of regular engagement.
