Responsible for the implementation of the CRM strategy and maintenance of all data related to Field Force Effectiveness.
Responsible for the implementation and Maintenance of CRM Training Strategy ensuring that Field Force has the required tools for optimal performance.
Design, develop, implement and support various field force effectiveness initiatives. Constantly assess the changing internal and external landscape to propose creative tools, techniques, capabilities and methods of increasing the optimization, effectiveness and flexibility of the field force.
Responsible for the design, implementation, execution and analytics of various field force deployment functions including Field Force Optimisation, Segmentation & Targeting, Call Planning and Field Analytics.
Manage Customer Relationship Management system(s) including data maintenance, field force support and training.
Develop effective solutions which meet the needs / resources of the business unit and drive efficiencies through improvements and enhancements in processes and redundancy elimination.
Constantly assess the changing internal and external landscape to propose creative tools, techniques, capabilities and methods of increasing the optimization, effectiveness and flexibility of the field force.
Oversee business aspects of information management and reporting systems. Constantly looking for opportunities to make systems smooth, effective and flexible.
Develop and maintain Launch Excellence tracking mechanisms.
Maintain Brand Dashboards.
Minimum degree / diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance.
Minimum of 2 - 4 years experience in a similar role.
Prior experience working in a similar Pharmaceutical matrix.
Prior experience as a MSR or Field Force experience would be advantageous.
