Job Description

Primary Functions of the Role

  • Engage with internal customers
  • Release contract signature copies to Sales
  • Receive and validate signed contract copy
  • Safekeeping of customer contract copies
  • Provide contract information on request
  • Maintain and update Daily Contracts Work In Progress Spreadsheet
  • Maintain and update Latest Contract Lists
  • Contract document filing and housekeeping
  • Capture customer and contract information in Contract System
  • Upload contract copies onto Contract System
  • Assign contract obligations on Contract System
  • Set notifications, reminders and thresholds on Contract System
  • Train role-players on Contract System
  • Maintain and update contract metadata on Contract System
  • Maintain information systems
  • Job Requirements Qualifications

  • Grade 12 (NQF level 4)
  • 3 Years experience in the contract administration environment.
  • A basic understanding of the concepts of contract administration is required with a proven track record in the administration of contracts.
  • Working knowledge of contract governance. Knowledge of contract management systems / tools will be advantageous. Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

    Experience in contract management environment is essential.
