Maintain and update Daily Contracts Work In Progress Spreadsheet
Maintain and update Latest Contract Lists
Contract document filing and housekeeping
Capture customer and contract information in Contract System
Upload contract copies onto Contract System
Assign contract obligations on Contract System
Set notifications, reminders and thresholds on Contract System
Train role-players on Contract System
Maintain and update contract metadata on Contract System
Maintain information systems
Job Requirements Qualifications
Grade 12 (NQF level 4)
3 Years experience in the contract administration environment.
A basic understanding of the concepts of contract administration is required with a proven track record in the administration of contracts.
Working knowledge of contract governance. Knowledge of contract management systems / tools will be advantageous. Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Experience in contract management environment is essential.
