Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities :

  • To be responsible for CDD logistical functions, accurately processing customer orders, stock procurement, forecasting activities and stock control.
  • Lot number management and rollover planning for customers as well as customer communications in this regard.
  • Responsible for month-end closure activities to reconcile inventory
  • To manage courier services and shipping.
  • Responsible for customer service management.
  • Comply and update quality procedures.
  • Submit monthly reports to Manager.
  • Work cooperatively and efficiently with co-workers to achieve team, department and company metrics.
  • Assist with tasks as delegated by management.
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in logistics
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft; SAP)
  • Organized with good communication skills
