Responsibilities Build Parmalat image by : making the factory shop more consumer friendly, keeping inside and outside clean at all times, treating customers friendly, quickly and honestly at all times and ensuring that products, freezers and shelves are clean.
Increase profitability by applying the Parmalat pricing policy, preventing stock losses and proper admin and staff management.
Apply correct pricing policy by ensuring that correct prices are on invoices at receiving bay, correct transfer-in prices are on the system, correct minimum profit prices are charged for all special deals and correct prices are displayed above products.
Prevent stock losses by checking all stock quantities to prevent outdated stock, see that no mishandling of stock takes place, doing daily stock counts, preventing theft, monitoring freezer temperatures and rotation of stock.
Proper Admin Management by checking all documentation, keep filing up to date daily, keep all creditor documentation of any costs incurred, to improve sales net profit and ensuring that cash handling procedures are adhered to.
Regular reporting to Financial Manager
