The successful Incumbent will be expected to lead and drive end-to-end Recruitment capability to hiring managers and HR Business partners once the recruitment request is received.
This role requires a customer obsessed individual who will be viewed by clients as a trusted advisor ensuring a best practice approach to recruitment is adopted.
Required Competencies :
To place the advert according to agreed criteria and to map the timelines for the recruitment and selection process.
Pro-active sourcing of candidates via internal database, internal talent pools, alternate sourcing channels, referrals, talent days and talent mapping exercises’ in order to meet clients requirements.
Assist with the alignment and achievement of Business Area Transformation targets through targeted sourcing and shortlisting.
Liaise with preferred recruitment providers where necessary in order to deliver the right talent
To conduct initial screening
To finalise recruitment and selection process
To conduct benchmarking (in consultation with relevant stakeholders) and to finalise the offer
To ensure that vetting of candidates are in place as part of finalising the offer.
To facilitate case studies where required.
To extend offer and conclude on boarding process for the successful candidate.

Job Experience and professional qualification required :
