Our client, an eminent video entertainment organisation, is currently seeking an individual to assume the role of Digital Social Media Analyst.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for creating and maintaining the organisations overall presence on social media sites, which include Facebook, Twitter, Flickr and Digg as well as any company blogs.
Monitor the Facebook page and ensure all queries are respond to in a timely and professional manner.
Help to create marketing content to socialise and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer video briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers).
Ensure best practice social media engagement and drive innovation across all activity.
Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
Monitor the online traffic and develop content schedules.
Study emerging social media tools and observe how often those platforms and tools are used.
Implement digital viral campaigns and grow social media pages.
Upload videos, photo albums and links on all social networks.
Assist in identifying Social Media Ambassadors who are influential in the community and could benefit the brand.
Research relevant content for social media platforms.
Analyse social media campaigns determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
Maintain high level of performance and ensure delivery - driving innovation.
Help generate brand awareness, sales and promote customer service through the social media networks.
Study trends in social media, research popular social media platforms.
A degree in digital technologies or social media management.
A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in relevant field.
Hands on experience with Social media platforms (i.e. Facebook and Twitter).
Understanding of different digital applications.
Experience with social media tool.
Excellent written communications skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends.
Strong Analytical Skills.
