Enforce the implementation of applicable Engen procedures and guidelines and affect the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements to ensure conformance to the established Limits of Authority (LOA) to safeguard Engen's interest, image and reputation.

Project Tracking and Ownership
Keep track of project progress and take ownership for the overall RTM project plan through co-ordination of required project team meetings, tracking of charter owner deliverables versus plan as well as
support with project related administration

OP through monthly feedbacks to Engen RDO team and PLI Global
Risk and CX teams on performance of project versus key deliverables and timelines
Key Job Specific Accountabilities 3 :
Technology Enablement Ownership
Take ownership of all RTM related technology enablement requirements including customer database development & geo-coding, distributor customer routing, CRM platforms (including Sales Force
Automation - SFA), Distributor KPI integration and automation to ensure collaboration with Engen IT and to leverage off existing Engen platforms
Key Job Specific Accountabilities 4 :
RTM Training and Capability Development
Custodian for all RTM related training requirements and develop external and internal training requirements through input from the Indirect Sales team and by leveraging off the available global PLI LEAD
Key Job Specific Accountabilities 5 :
Co-ordinate the successful implementation of key Distributor Value Proposition (DVP) and Trade marketing deliverables that require the development of new processes and / or system automation (e.g.
Distributor remuneration linked to KPI's, CAPEX process for Distributors)
