The role of the Group Client Delivery Executive (GCDE) is targeted at Dimension Data’s Regions and their role is to work in partnership with Dimension Data’s regional and country teams to ensure all client contracts are governed and executed to client requirements.
The role of a Global Client Delivery Executive is to be the day-to-day, senior advocate to a single region representing Dimension Data Group Services teams for Managed Services, Support, Consulting and Technical Services.
What you'll be doing
Design and build governance framework and provide ongoing management and leadership across all elements of the relationship construct.
Monitor Contract adherence, operational performance for assigned regional clients and assist where required services are delivered by Group Services delivery function including all Support and Managed Services CDO’s.
Client Critical Situation Management & escalation point of contact for all BAU services delivered by Group Services delivery function including all Support and Managed Services CDO’s.
Trusted Advisor : The GSDE leverages experience and consultative skills to be a trusted advisor to the VP level or higher for their Region and their clients.
The region / client will rely on the GSDE to make credible recommendations as well as see to it that those recommendations are correctly implemented.
Client Satisfaction Manage the CSAT lifecycle and feedback in Group and assigned regional organisation through various Client Satisfaction initiatives, capture and analyse Client feedback in a globally consistent, systematic manner, identifying common trends and defining tangible improvements for Group Services and regional teams, and acting as a conduit into Regional delivery teams, to ensure execution and governance around close loop and corrective actions.
Client Advisory Board (CAB) Form part of the Group and Regional programme teams to roll out, manage and participate in the regional CAB approach to gain deep Client insight, within a small group of key influential Clients, listening to their recommendations, to help us guide our services strategy.
Work in conjunction with the Senior Service Delivery Manager to ensure the executive reporting is in place, the required deliverables are being executed upon and appropriate support across functions is leveraged to ensure client satisfaction.
Operate as implementation manager for key initiatives to ensure that there is a consistent implementation of the services strategy across regions.
Collaborate with peers in other regions to develop and address key themes across the organization and drive to successful resolution.
This role may also responsible for employment, training, motivation and evaluation of a team of Client Advocates

Bachelors Degree required; Masters Degree preferred
Consulting experience preferred
12+ yrs experience in portfolio management and technology operational or services management

Proficient in leading team and individual efforts
