Human Resources position available
The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for leading the local HR team. This includes ensuring that policies and procedures are implemented and aligned to local business practices.
The incumbent will also be expected to contribute to the entire HR value chain, from operational to strategic functions.

In order to be successful for this role, you would require at least 3 years experience at senior management level in an industrial environment.
The sector can pose challenges uncommon to a "textbook" environment and this person would need the ability to apply critical thinking and innovative solutions to Human Resources.
The candidate should have a relevant qualification in Human Resources and should be accustomed to global reporting. The organisation has a complex matrix structure and this individual should be able to successfully manage the relationships with global stakeholders.
