The business analyst will proactively contribute to the operational activities of the Integrated Wealth product suite to ensure the ultimate success of the product and a superior client experience.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful upgrade and deployment of client environments ensuring and best practice product services are available to clients at all times based on strategic and tactical plans.

Strong and detailed technical understanding of the IRESS product suite
Strong understanding of hosting solutions including, but not limited to, platforms, security, high availability, scaling and monitoring
Good understanding of the Wealth, financial markets and trading products and the client’s business
Shows initiative to liaise with clients on understanding their requirements, resolving and escalating issues proactively
3+ years’ experience in financial markets with an strong understanding of software as a service systems
B.Comm, CFP, CFA or relevant post graduate qualification preferable
Financial planning industry experience preferable
An understanding of data feeds e.g. Market Data, Morningstar, BDA (from JSE)
