Summary : This role is to primarily manage the companies’ transformation journey including the implementation and administration of the group’s companies’ scorecards and legislation such as employment equity.
Qualification required :
A relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
A relevant BBBEE training and certifications.
Experience required :
5 years or more experience in the appropriate training, transformation strategies and organizational development skills.
Experience in reviewing and monitoring all BBBEE policies and practices for better alignment with the overall Transformation Strategy.
Experience in a similar position e.g. BBBEE Manager or Executive.
Experience in managing the BBBEE strategy of a large organisation / company.
Thorough experience in building and managing relationships with relevant bodies and organisations these include DTI, SETAs, Industry Bodies, Verification Agencies, Black Management Forum, BUSA, etc.
Experience in interpreting and implementing the BBBEE codes.
Skills required :
Computer literate MS Office.
Must have good communication skills.
Ability to perform under pressure.
Exceptional presentation skills and attention to detail.
