    Assist the Exec Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen You enjoy cuisine, you like catering for your guests , you work well within a team And, you are responsible, because when your Head Chef is off duty, you will be in charge

    Must have :

  • 6 years’ experience in the industry
  • Tertiary qualification in Chef / Cook
  • Strong Restaurant background
  • Able to cover all areas in the kitchen
  • Take responsibility in absence of Head Chef
  • Responsible, Self-Disciplined, Reliable & Hardworking
  • Able to work shifts
