Hello an exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Hollard Life, Direct space. We are looking to recruit a Portfolio Manager Virtual Channel .
Summary of Role and Context :
To develop new and maintain existing relationships with Hollard partners. This needs to be in compliance with legal requirements and that of relevant Insurance Boards.
Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills
7 years related call centre sales experience in the Life insurance industry
3 years call centre management experience
Knowledge in Strategy, Budgets and Reporting
Quality Management (support QA Team)
Coaching and development of all team members
Educational Requirements :
Matric / Grade 12
3 year tertiary qualification
Key Individual(KI) & RE qualifications will be advantageous
