A global biopharmaceutical company is seeking the above to ensure continued optimal market access for their Oncology and Neurosciences brands within the company portfolio.
Minimum requirements for the role :
Bachelor Degree or equivalent is essential.
3-5 years healthcare industry experience in sales, marketing, business development or market access.
2-3 years market access experience in healthcare industry or at a healthcare payer at management or professional level.
Understanding the principles of value-based pricing.
Sound working knowledge of local healthcare, environment, policies and legislation as well as relevant stakeholder groups.
Knowledge of disease areas (Oncology (solid tumours) or Mental disease) will be a distinct advantage.
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
Cultivate external relationships and forge internal collaboration to ensure successful implementation of market access strategies :
Identify and engage with identified stakeholders in the healthcare market to be able to better understand, identify and address their needs and expectations to demonstrate value.
Play active, integral role and provide market access support in local operating company country brand value team environment :
Work collaboratively with cross-functional / matrix teams to ensure effective implementation of market access strategies that translates into value for the business.
Ensure and enhance communication and collaboration between the department and all other internal stakeholders.
